These Terms govern your use of Halaltide and any purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold as research reagents for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Nothing sold here has been evaluated by the FDA or Health Canada.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and acquiring products for legitimate research purposes. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use, resell, or transfer any product for human or veterinary use, and to handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable law.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Accepted payment methods are Interac e-Transfer and native USDC on the networks listed on our Payments page. We do not accept credit or debit cards. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Sales are final once shipped, except as set out in our Refunds & Returns policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halaltide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
